"Recipes by two people who really knew how to cook! — Mom and Dad, Lala and Grampa, Mary and Tony — these two wore a lot of hats in their day with possibly the most memorable being as dual head chefs of the Crisafi household. Together they developed a regular line-up of dishes that family and friends who attended their dinners (particularly around Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter or just any old Sunday) not only looked forward to then, but still continue to fondly remember today. This site hosts a collection of many of those favorite recipes with each sporting simplified steps, verbatim text and images of original handwritten instructions.
